Jeanne Bonzon

Director of Learning and Development

Jeanne oversees the instructional design, content development, LMS administration, career services and academic partnership teams at the BJC Institute for Learning and Development. Jeanne is also responsible for leadership development programs, emerging leader development and BJC’s resiliency program. Jeanne joined BJC in 2005. She has 20+ years of experience in learning and development consulting, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Young Paik

Founder, Educe Group

With over 15 years in the learning and talent technologies space, Young’s passion is enabling others to grow and make the most of their gifts and talents. In his role as a Partner at The Educe Group, Young leads the Healthcare Talent Management practice and serves as a senior advisor and engagement manager to leading healthcare organizations and other complex and global clients. Within Educe he is responsible for driving internal development, onboarding, and training initiatives for the consulting staff. Young has also served in leadership positions for several community and faith-based organizations, including as a board member of The Addis Clinic, which works to connect doctors in the U.S. to patients around the world using telemedicine. Young holds a Sc.B. degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
